Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients: They must meet the diagnostic criteria for depression as stipulated in the "ICD-11 Classification of Mental and Behavioral Disorders" and be diagnosed by a psychiatrist; their score on the Hamilton Depression Scale-24 (HAMD-24) is >= 20 points (moderate or above); they are aged between 11 and 18 years. 2. Inclusion criteria for caregivers: They must be over 18 years old, be close relatives of the patients (including parents and grandparents); they are responsible for the main care duties, have a weekly care duration of >= 5 days and an average daily duration of >= 6 hours; they have no previous mental illness or cognitive dysfunction, have clear consciousness, normal communication and expression abilities; and they voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for patients: Adolescent patients with depressive episodes of organic mental disorders caused by certain systemic diseases or certain neurological disorders; diagnosed with other mental disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder; with obvious cognitive impairment or self-care ability impairment. 2. Exclusion criteria for caregivers: Family members suffering from other major diseases (such as cancer) or experiencing major changes within half a year; with alcohol and drug abuse, or violent tendencies.
