Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older; 2. Currently enrolled college students; 3. Identified as smartphone addicted according to the cutoff criteria of the Smartphone Addiction Scale-Short Version (SAS-SV) (score >= 31 for males, >= 33 for females); 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Regular engagement in moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity (assessed using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form, IPAQ-SF); 2. Moderate or higher level of nature exposure (assessed using a nature exposure scale); 3. Presence of absolute contraindications to exercise, including heart disease, grade 3 hypertension, musculoskeletal disorders, acute asthma exacerbation, severe anemia, and any other major medical conditions that would preclude participation in physical activity; 4. Any severe psychiatric disorder (e.g., major depressive disorder, schizophrenia), or currently receiving pharmacological or psychological treatment; 5. Presence of metallic implants, claustrophobia, or any other conditions that would interfere with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanning.
