Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent microvascular decompression of the oculomotor nerve between January 1, 2020, and November 31, 2025, with the following surgical criteria: (1) Patients presenting with diplopia, restricted eye movement, ptosis, or impaired pupillary constriction (meeting one or more of these conditions); (2) Neuroimaging confirmed the presence of vascular-nerve conflict affecting the oculomotor nerve (non-aneurysmal); (3) Willingness to undergo microvascular decompression of the oculomotor nerve. 2. Complete postoperative follow-up data available for analysis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete medical record data, follow-up time less than 3 months; 2. History of severe dementia, schizophrenia and other mental illnesses; 3. Have a history of drugs or drug addiction; 4. History of severe systemic diseases, especially circulatory diseases: such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, unstable angina.
