Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Residents who have the household registration of island, or non-residents who have continuously resided on the island for at least 6 months and plan to reside there for a long time in the future;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from severe mental or cognitive impairments, unable to understand and cooperate in completing baseline surveys; 2.Short-term floating population who plan to leave island within the next year; 3.The researcher determines that there are other circumstances that make participation in this study unsuitable (such as life expectancy <1 year);
