Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Underwent colostomy or urostomy in this hospital; 2. Followed up in the specialized outpatient department; 3. Have returned home for rehabilitation; 4. Possess the physical strength for self-bathing; 5. Have no communication barriers; 6. The patient or primary caregiver owns a smartphone and is able to use WeChat; 7. Have provided informed consent; 8. Age range: 18-75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Temporary stoma; 2. Patients who have had more than one stoma surgery or have more than one stoma; 3. Wounds not healed or other conditions that temporarily make bathing unsuitable; 4. Patients who did not take showers before surgery.
