Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy young population (n=15): Aged 18-35 years, selected from staff and interns of Tai'an Central Hospital, without a history of osteoarthritis, no joint pain, deformity or dysfunction, no other diseases affecting gait (such as neurological diseases, musculoskeletal diseases, etc.), and able to walk independently and naturally. 2. Healthy elderly population (n=15): Aged 60-80 years, selected from the community, without a history of osteoarthritis, no joint pain, deformity or dysfunction, with normal cognitive function, able to walk independently and naturally, and no other diseases affecting gait. 3. Patients with osteoarthritis (n=15): Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis by the Chinese Medical Association Rheumatology Branch (2010 edition), without other severe joint diseases, neurological diseases or musculoskeletal diseases, and able to cooperate in completing walking tests and related data collection. 4. All subjects voluntarily participated in this study, signed the informed consent form, and were able to cooperate with the research team to complete all test procedures and follow-ups.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other types of joint diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, etc.), neurological diseases (such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, etc.), or musculoskeletal diseases (such as fractures, synovitis, etc.) that affect gait and joint function; 2. Patients with a history of joint surgery or trauma in the recent period (within 6 months), or who are receiving joint-related treatments (such as medication, rehabilitation training, etc.) that may affect the test results; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment or mental illness who are unable to cooperate in completing the walking test and data collection; 4. Pregnant or lactating women, or those with severe diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and other organs who cannot tolerate the test; 5. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form or cannot cooperate in completing the entire test process.
