Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma with Cervical Lymph Node Metastasis

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 18 years; 2. Presence of suspicious papillary thyroid carcinoma nodule(s) with at least one lymph node detected in level VI, with or without suspicious lymph nodes in the lateral neck; 3. Availability of satisfactory images of the target nodule obtained from conventional ultrasound, elastography, and HoloUMA; 4. Confirmed diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma in the thyroid nodule by FNA or histopathology, and confirmed pathological results (by FNA or surgical excision) for all suspicious lymph nodes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete clinical data due to not undergoing surgery/FNA at our hospital; 2. Patients without a definitive pathological diagnosis; 3. Patients with concurrent malignancy in other organs; 4. Patients with a history of thyroid nodule ablation; 5. Patients with a history of neck irradiation or a family history of thyroid cancer.
