Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Convenience sampling was adopted to select nurses from oncology-related departments across multiple campuses of our hospital as research subjects. 2.The inclusion criteria were registered nurses with at least 1 year of working experience in oncology departments. 3.Through communication and coordination with the Nursing Department of each campus, the list of eligible nurses was determined.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those on long-term leave or in non-clinical positions during the survey. 2.Student nurses, advanced study nurses, and unregistered nurses. 3.Those unable to effectively complete the questionnaire survey. 4.Those who refused to participate.
