Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease according to 'Cardiology', and coronary angiography shows that at least one of the left main, left anterior descending, left circumflex, or right coronary arteries or their branches has a stenosis degree of >=50%; 2. No concurrent infectious diseases other than Hp infection; 3. Mentally clear, able to understand the purpose, process, and risks of the study, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form to cooperate with examinations; 4. Has the ability to act independently; 5. Aged 18–85 years; 6. No gender restrictions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with concurrent cardiocerebrovascular diseases;History of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) eradication therapy.;Recent administration of medications included in H. pylori eradication regimens for other indications;Concurrent psychiatric disorders;Active malignancies;Autoimmune diseases requiring immunosuppressive therapy ;Previous H. pylori infection;Pregnant or lactating women.
