Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students in Grades 1–5 of primary school and Grades 7–8 of junior high school; 2. Both the students and their parents agree to participate in this project and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous surgeries involving the eyes, spine, heart, or head; 2. Severe ocular disease, abnormal fundus examination, or high myopia; 3. Current use of orthopedic braces, other interventional motor therapies, or orthokeratology lenses; 4. Spinal tuberculosis, rickets, severe trauma, structural leg length discrepancy 5. Impaired communication or comprehension abilities, severe non-cooperation during physical examination or instruction of the spinal and visual health exercises. 6. Exemption from physical education classes due to illness or participation in the adolescent spine and vision health exercise intervention for fewer than 4 days per week.
