Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 40 years old; 2. No acute infectious diseases; 3. No progressive fatal diseases; 4. No mental disorders; 5. No history of alcohol abuse or drug abuse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 40 years old; 2. Have any physical or mental functional problems that prevent them from completing this survey.
