Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as malignant biliary tract tumor (intrahepatic bile duct cancer, hilar bile duct cancer, distal bile duct cancer, gallbladder cancer) by pathology; 2. Undergo radical surgical treatment; 3. Age >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative pathology indicated palliative resection (R2 resection); 2. Perioperative (within 90 days) death; 3. Concurrent other active malignancies; 4. Medical records are severely incomplete, making it impossible to evaluate efficacy or safety.
