conduct telephone follow-ups and tracking for patients after discharge, with follow-ups scheduled at 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after discharge.
Control Group 2:Explain to patients the specific and standardized methods for insulin injection, as well as the precautions to take.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnose patients with diabetes; 2. Diabetic patients who require continuous insulin injection; 3. Age range 18 - 75 years old; 4. No mental abnormalities and no severe liver or kidney dysfunction, and able to cooperate to complete this study; 5. Voluntary participation in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The injection site has a history of surgical procedures, trauma, skin diseases (such as lupus, psoriasis, etc.) or obvious skin defects and abnormalities (color changes, tattoos, etc.); 2. Suffering from diseases that shorten the lifespan of red blood cells (such as sickle cell anemia, thalassemia, etc.) or diseases that affect the accuracy of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) monitoring.
