Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18–85 years of age. 2.Within 24 hours of ICU admission, urine output < 30 mL/h for 3 consecutive hours. 3.Requires rapid fluid resuscitation (250 mL fluid administered intravenously over 15 minutes).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Comorbidities included chronic dialysis, renal transplant, renal tumor, multiple renal cysts, renal vascular malformation, and systemic rheumatic immune diseases (e.g., SLE). 2.Patients were excluded if ultrasound image acquisition was limited. 3.baseline cardiac EF < 50%. 4.they were pregnant or postpartum. 5.had a history of contrast allergy.
