Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sub-Health Measurement Scale Version 1.0 (SHMS V1.0): physical subscale (PS) < 68, or mental subscale (MS) < 67, or social subscale (SS) < 67; 2.Aged 18 to 65 years old; 3.People who have basic reading and comprehension abilities and can understand the intervention content; 4.People who can independently complete basic motor movements (such as standing, walking, etc.); 5.People who voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently engaging in >=150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity per week or >=75 minutes of high-intensity physical activity per week; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3. Currently participating in other exercise intervention studies; 4. Meeting the clinical diagnostic criteria for diseases according to modern medicine.
