Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Axial length >= 26.0 mm, meeting the diagnostic criteria for high myopia; 3.Visually significant cataract requiring cataract surgery; 4.Good compliance, with willingness and ability to complete all required follow-up visits and examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other ocular diseases, including corneal disease, glaucoma, uveitis, retinal disease, lens subluxation; 2.History of ocular trauma or intraocular surgery; 3.Intraoperative or postoperative complications, including posterior capsular rupture or zonular dehiscence during surgery, or secondary glaucoma or endophthalmitis occurring postoperatively; 4.Severe systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer’s disease, or Parkinson’s disease; 5.Any other condition judged by the investigator to potentially interfere with study participation or protocol adherence.
