Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.No gender restriction; patients aged >65 years; 2.Hip fracture diagnosed by imaging examinations (X-ray, CT, or MRI), including femoral neck fractures, intertrochanteric fractures, and subtrochanteric fractures; 3.Patients voluntarily participate in the clinical trial and can fully comply with all study procedures; 4.Patients (or their family members) must have normal comprehension and verbal communication skills to understand the researcher’s instructions and complete the assessment scales.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe or life-threatening medical conditions; 2.Patients with severe mental disorders unable to cooperate with standard rehabilitation; 3.Patients who refuse to participate in this study.
