Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients with a BMI of 32.5 kg/m^2 or higher. 2. Age of 18 years or older. 3. Intending to insert a peripheral venous indwelling needle and the infusion duration is more than 1 day. 4. Voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. When inserting a peripheral venous indwelling needle, other types of catheters need to be inserted. 2. Unable to cooperate with the follow-up visit after the surgery.
