18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age >= 18 years old; (2)GAD-7>= 8 points or PHQ-9>= 8 points; (3) Symptoms persist for at least two weeks; (4) Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)DSM-5 severe mental disorder (2) Received systematic psychotherapy or psychotropic drugs in the past three months; (3) Severe suicidal ideation (PHQ-9 question 9 =2); (4) History of neurological diseases or epilepsy; (5) Contraindications for tDCS.
