Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria of "2019 Key Points for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China" and is confirmed by cranial CT or MRI as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; 2.First time, single lesion basal ganglia stroke patients; 3.Imaging shows intact thalamic structure in patients; 4.Individuals without cognitive impairment (MMSE score >= 27); 5.Individuals with upper limb motor dysfunction (FMA-UE<66 points); 6. The course of the disease is within 1-12 months; 7. The patient and their family are willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.head craniotomy surgery (incomplete skull); 2.Intracranial/intracorporeal metal implants (pacemakers, cochlear implants); 3.History of Epilepsy; 4.Taking psychotropic drugs;
