18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: (1) Age 18-75 years; (2) Pathologically confirmed HCC/ICC, undergoing liver resection; (3) No preoperative immunotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors), radiotherapy, or chemotherapy; (4) Retention of fresh frozen specimens and complete clinical data; 2. Control group: (1) Age 18-75 years; (2) Pathologically confirmed benign liver disease, undergoing surgical treatment; (3) No history of malignant tumors, no use of immunosuppressants before surgery; (4) Retention of fresh frozen specimens and complete clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Coexisting other systemic malignant tumors (such as colorectal cancer liver metastasis); 2. Coexisting immune diseases such as HIV infection or systemic lupus erythematosus; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4. Specimens of substandard quality (e.g., frozen specimens with a necrosis rate > 20%); 5. Clinical data missing >= 3 key indicators.
