Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Anesthesia clinical frontline practitioners holding a valid physician or nurse professional certificate; 2. With more than 3 years of clinical working experience and having completed standardized residency/ specialty training; 3. Having provided informed consent and participating voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Visiting instructors or instructors from other departments; 2. Those who refuse to participate in this survey;
