Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for colorectal cancer patients: (1) Patients pathologically confirmed to have colorectal cancer; (2) The patient or their legal representative has signed an informed consent form. 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy individuals: (1) Colonoscopy results show no intestinal lesions; (2) The individual or their legal representative has signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with major diseases involving the heart, brain, blood vessels, or respiratory system; 2. Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension or diabetes; 3. Patients with other intestinal diseases such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis; 4. Patients with mental illnesses or cognitive and communication function disorders.
