Intervention Group:In addition to receiving the standard care described above, participants in this group engaged in the manualized, 4-week "Sunshine Tree: Emotional Support for Caregivers" program.

18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The primary formal caregivers of patients with histologically confirmed rectal cancer who have received radical or neoadjuvant pelvic radiotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cognitive impairment. 2. Unable to communicate normally. 3. Unable to participate in the entire course of this research.
