25 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 25-38 years, who are preparing or about to prepare for their first pregnancy; 2. Individuals aged 30-38 years, who are preparing or about to prepare for their second pregnancy; 3. Couples who have been trying to conceive for 0-6 months (including those who have just started trying and those who have been trying for 6 months), i.e., trying to conceive time =6 months; 4. Couples who have recently stopped using contraception and will have regular sexual activity in the coming year; 5. Individuals who are able to communicate in Mandarin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Couples who have had unprotected intercourse and regular sexual activity for more than 6 months, i.e., trying to conceive for >6 months; 2. Women and/or partners with a history of infertility; 3. Individuals who have experienced natural miscarriage (including biochemical pregnancy) =2 times; 4. Women and partners known to have significant heart disease, cystic fibrosis, cancer, syphilis, HIV, and those with a definitive diagnosis of hypertension, diabetes, hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism (those on medication), PCOS, endometriosis, and other endocrine disorders; 5. Those who have received hormone contraceptive injections in the past 12 months and have taken contraceptive pills or other hormonal, steroid, anticonvulsant, HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C medications in the past month; 6. Individuals with a history of mental illness or other mental conditions that could lead to cognitive impairment or inability to participate.
