Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range from 18 to 25 years old; 2. All participants were sedentary individuals, defined as those who reported a daily sedentary behavior duration of >= 6 hours, and this was further confirmed through the filling results of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). 3. All participants had no cardiovascular, pulmonary, neurological, metabolic or skeletal system diseases. 4. To minimize the influence of irregular menstruation, participants with irregular cycles were excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have suffered major injuries or undergone surgeries in the past three months and are not suitable for physical activities; 2. Those with hypertension, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases or who are taking medications to control blood pressure or other chronic diseases; 3. Those who need to engage in moderate to high-intensity physical activities other than the experimental tasks during the experiment; 4. Participants with irregular menstrual cycles.
