Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly individuals (aged >= 60 years) with cognitive decline as identified by screening, and who have resided in a nursing home for at least 3 months; 2. Those who have not received any other intervention recently; 3. Able to use a smart phone; 4. Given informed consent and voluntarily participating in this study, and capable of completing the entire intervention process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe mental illness who have communication disorders and are unable to express their own wishes; 2. Elderly people with severely impaired vision or hearing and who are unable to communicate.
