Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subject or the subject’s family member voluntarily cooperates with the study and signs the informed consent form; 2. Age: 18 to 65 years old (18 years old inclusive); 3. Patients with severe traumatic brain injury with a Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 3 to 8 points, including severe craniocerebral trauma, spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage, massive cerebral infarction, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, etc.; 4. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for severe traumatic brain injury, including a clear medical history, symptoms, physical signs, Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) scores and imaging examination results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having contraindications to HBOT, including uncontrolled epilepsy, active pneumothorax, pulmonary bullae, cerebrospinal fluid leakage due to skull base fracture, severe diseases of the heart, kidney, liver, lung, hematological system and other systems complicated with hemodynamic instability, etc.
