Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who were hospitalized at China-Japan Friendship Hospital and diagnosed with CTEPH from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2024. The diagnostic criteria for CTEPH are as follows: Patients with pulmonary embolism who have received at least 3 months of standardized anticoagulation treatment; imaging examinations confirm the presence of pulmonary artery thromboembolism; through right heart catheterization, the mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP) is > 20 mmHg; clinical exclusion of first, second, third, and fifth types of pulmonary hypertension, and exclusion of pulmonary vasculitis, pulmonary artery tumors, and other non-thrombotic factors causing pulmonary artery stenosis. 1. Completed baseline echocardiography and at least 1 echocardiography re-examination; 2. Complete and clear image storage; 3. Age > 18 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have not stored ultrasound image data, have poor image quality, or have severely missing clinical data.
