65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 65 years or older, regardless of sex; 2. Patients with unilateral hip fracture (femoral neck or intertrochanteric) confirmed by radiography; 3. ASA class I–III; 4. Time from injury to hospital admission within 24 hours; 5. Anticipated time from admission to surgery <= 48 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of delirium at admission (positive 3D-CAM) or cognitive impairment (MMSE score 1.5 or PLT <80×10?/L); 4. Long-term use of benzodiazepines; 5. Participation in other clinical trials;
