Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with CAD who underwent elective LAD PCI during hospitalization in the Department of Cardiology were retrospectively identified at Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Capital Medical University, from January 2021 to December 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with total occlusion of the LAD. 2. Patients with a history of coronary artery bypass grafting. 3. Patients with left main coronary artery disease (defined as diameter stenosis >= 50%) or those who underwent left main PCI. 4. Patients in whom LAD-PCI was unsuccessful or who experienced coronary structural complications during the procedure. 5. Patients who received coronary thrombolysis. 6. Patients whose coronary angiography images were technically unsuitable for software analysis.
