Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5); 2.First episode; 3.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score is >=14, and the 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score is <=14; 4.Han ethnic group, right-handed, aged 18-65; 5.Voluntarily participate and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Serious suicidal tendencies; 2.History of depression or other mental illnesses in the past; 3.History of drug, alcohol, or other psychoactive substance abuse; 4.Those who do not cooperate with the examination or are unable to complete the examination due to consciousness disorders or visual, hearing, language expression, and comprehension disorders; 5.Individuals with severe physical illnesses (including epilepsy, severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction, shock, malignant tumors or hematological diseases, autoimmune diseases); 6.Pregnant or lactating women.
