Interventions

LBB Group:Liposomal bupivacaine (20 ml, 266 mg) combined with bupivacaine hydrochloride (10 ml, 0.75%) for periarticular infiltration in knee arthroplasty
LB Group:Liposomal bupivacaine (20 ml, 266 mg) + 10 ml normal saline for periarticular infiltration in knee arthroplasty
B Group:Bupivacaine hydrochloride (30 ml, 0.25%) for periarticular infiltration in knee arthroplasty
C Group:30 ml normal saline for periarticular infiltration in knee arthroplasty

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged over 18 years; 2) Patients scheduled to undergo elective unilateral primary TKA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Revision knee surgery; 2) Previously diagnosed with unstable psychiatric illness; 3) Dementia; 4) Renal or hepatic disease; 5) Allergy to any component of LB or bupivacaine hydrochloride; 6) History of opioid use within the previous 7 days; and 7) History of drug abuse.
