Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Recruit professional short-track speed skaters with national level II and above. 2. Between the ages of 18 and 25, the body is mature. 3. Have a good foundation of lower limb explosive power, and continue to participate in regular professional training in the recent 3 months. 4. Good health with no serious muscle, bone, or joint injury of the lower extremities and no history of neurological disease within the past 6 months. 5. The subjects volunteered to participate in the experiment, completed all stages of the test (including pre-experiment and formal experiment) on time, and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Scalp wounds, inflammation, or eczema; 2. Implantation of metal objects (e.g., pacemaker, intracranial metal sheet); 3. History or family history of epilepsy. 4. Caffeine, alcohol, or any medication or nutrition that affects nervous system excitability or muscle function within 24 hours before the experiment. 5. Severe fatigue due to extremely intense training within 24 hours prior to the experiment, or severe sleep deprivation. 6. Extreme sensitivity to weak current stimulation (2 mA) or severe allergic reactions. 7. In the process of fNIRS signal acquisition, the signal cannot be effectively identified due to excessive scalp thickness, hair volume or large artifacts.
