Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe mental disorders who underwent the baseline survey in 2018; 2. Capable of reading and writing, and able to complete the scale assessment; 3. At least one stable guardian/family member who can provide information in coordination, and the patient and the guardian have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. During the follow-up period, the patient was treated in the hospital throughout the process and no community prognosis data could be obtained; 2. The patient had severe physical diseases or brain organic diseases and was unable to complete the assessment.
