Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria in the "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Lung Cancer of the Chinese Medical Association (2025 edition)"; 2. Age >=60 years; 3. Clear indication for surgery; 4. Conscious, with a certain ability to read and respond, voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illnesses or consciousness disorders; 2. Those with acute infections, hematologic diseases, autoimmune diseases, or other active malignancies; 3. Patients with liver or kidney failure; 4. Those who have undergone radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery; 5. Individuals who are bedridden or paralyzed due to illness and are unable to walk.

| General information: age, gender, education level, occupation, marital status, living situation, type of expense payment, BMI, smoking history, comorbidities, tumor location, lung cancer histological type, lung cancer stage, disease course, pulmonary function classification, surgical method.;Clinical Data: Levels of hemoglobin (Hb), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), globulin (GLB), neutrophil (NEUT) count, monocyte (MONO) count, lymphocyte (LY) count, platelet count, PIV, forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC), and FEV1%/FVC ratio. PIV is an indicator reflecting the patient's inflammatory and immune status, calculated from the complete blood count (CBC).
