Adolescent PTSD

Interventions

intervention group:The intervention group will receive Stepped Care Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (SC-TFCBT), which consists of two phases. All participants will first undergo Step One,
control group:The control group will receive the PCPI program, which was previously developed by the project team.

10 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 10 to 17 years old. 2. Experienced at least one type of traumatic event, with the event occurring at least one month prior to the assessment. 3. Meets the full or partial diagnostic criteria for PTSD according to the PCL-5 assessment. 4. Possesses normal language comprehension or expression abilities (written or oral); 5. Informed consent obtained from the adolescents and their caregivers, with voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe psychopathology requiring urgent medical intervention. 2. Moderate to high suicide risk (e.g., recent suicidal intent or plan); 3. Currently receiving other mental health intervention programs in addition to usual care; 4. Exhibits difficulties in language comprehension or expression (written or oral).
