Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary lung cancer diagnosed by histopathological examination in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of our hospital, who are scheduled to undergo radical lung cancer surgery (thoracoscopic or open lobectomy, segmentectomy combined with systematic lymph node dissection); 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. Clear consciousness, with Chinese reading and writing ability and basic language communication skills, able to complete the filling of research-related scales independently or with assistance; 4 Master basic smartphone operation skills, and pass the on-site pre-evaluation by the instructor at the time of enrollment (scanning code to log in, clicking to fill in, video playing, etc.). For patients who are not proficient in operation, their family members can act as co-filling personnel; 5. Sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, or respiratory failure requiring long-term oxygen therapy; 2. A history of or current cognitive impairment or mental illness; 3. Distant metastasis confirmed by imaging examination or pathological results, or being in the terminal stage (expected survival time < 6 months); 4. Currently having severe or uncontrollable systemic diseases, such as uncontrollable hypertension, diabetes, coagulation dysfunction, or active infection; 5. Concurrent participation in other interventional clinical studies.
