Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. first ischemic/hemorrhagic stroke, diagnosis in accordance with the stroke criteria in the Diagnostic Points of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019, diagnosed by cranial CT/MRI, and 1 month <= duration of disease <= 12 months; 2. age 18 to 80 years old; 3. stable vital signs, clear consciousness, no obvious visual or auditory impairment, and the ability to understand and carry out instructions; 4. post-stroke resulting in unilateral limb movement disorders; 5. tolerate cardiopulmonary fitness assessment examination; 6. patients and their families agreed to participate in the study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe myocardial ischemia, recent myocardial infarction, unstable angina, severe arrhythmia, uncontrolled symptomatic heart failure, acute myocarditis, acute pulmonary embolism; 2. Unstable control of blood sugar and blood pressure; 3. Severe autonomic or peripheral neuropathy, acute systemic disease or fever, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, deep vein thrombosis; 4. Previous serious muscle and bone diseases have had a significant impact on the pedaling of power vehicles; 5.Severe spasms (modified Ashworth classification 2-4) or severely restricted range of joint movement; 56.Merge severe dementia and mental disorders.
