Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physicians: In-service attending physicians working in the Department of Critical Care Medicine; Capable of independently writing medical records; Possess a valid physician qualification certificate; Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. Nurses: In-service primary nurses working in the Department of Critical Care Medicine; Capable of independently writing medical records; Possess a valid nurse qualification certificate; Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physicians or nurses who have participated in the research and development of the AI system 2.Personnel who are on leave or absent from duty during the study period.
