Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Community-dwelling older adults aged 60 years or older; 2. Individuals with frailty (including the frail and pre-frail stages), screened using the FRAIL scale, with a score of 1 or more on the scale; 3. Physically inactive individuals, defined as: Moderate-intensity physical activity less than 150 minutes/week, or Vigorous-intensity physical activity less than 75 minutes/week, or An equivalent combination of moderate and vigorous activity that does not meet the requirements (1 minute of vigorous-intensity activity = 2 minutes of moderate-intensity activity), or Daily step count less than 7,500 steps/day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cognitive impairment, assessed using the Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire (SPMSQ) for exclusion; 2. Severe visual or hearing impairment; 3. Inability to walk independently; 4. Contraindications to exercise, including: Acute phases of any disease, Severe or uncontrolled medical conditions (e.g., uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes), Cardiovascular conditions that may lead to serious consequences (e.g., uncontrolled arrhythmia, aortic stenosis, dissecting aneurysm); 5. Participation in other intervention studies.
