Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Preoperative diagnosis indicates a lesion in the pancreatic head or ampulla, and LPD is planned; 3. Preoperative abdominal enhanced CT examination has been completed; 4. The clinical medical records are relatively complete and can be used for research analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgeries or those that required conversion to open surgery due to intraoperative complications; 2. Patients with extremely incomplete clinical data; 3. Those who are unable to understand or cooperate with the research procedures.
