Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Residents of urban and rural areas aged between 40 and 74 years old; 2.No history of colorectal cancer diagnosis. This individual meets the criteria for the target population recommended by the "Technical Plan for Colorectal Cancer Screening and Early Diagnosis and Treatment in China (2024 Edition)", who should undergo initial screening for colorectal cancer, regardless of gender. 3.Ability to use a smartphone and to accept online interactions or follow-up; 4.Informed consent was signed and participants voluntarily participated in the study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with definite history of colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease or colorectal polypectomy; 2.People with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness affecting conversational interaction ability; 3.Serious underlying medical conditions were not suitable for colonoscopy; 4.Who had participated in other interventional clinical trials;
