Inclusion criteria: 1. Nursery and Reception class children; 2. Able to cooperate with oral examinations; 3. Free from systemic medical conditions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from systemic diseases; 2. Unable to cooperate with oral examinations; 3. Allergic constitution.
