Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers aged between 18 and 65 years; 2. Body mass index <30 kg/m^2; 3. Agree to participate in the study and able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with skin damage or infection in the area to be examined; 2. Individuals with a history of surgery in the area to be examined; 3. Individuals unable to assume the required position for ultrasound scanning; 4. Individuals allergic to the ultrasound coupling agent used in the study.
