Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with partial edentulism, with the missing-tooth area in the posterior region, and planned for fixed prosthetic rehabilitation; 2.Moderate-to-severe vertical bone defect, with vertical bone resorption = 4 mm; 3.Aged 18–60 years, any sex;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Moderate-to-severe horizontal bone defect; 2.Acute or chronic inflammation in the edentulous area; 3.Pregnant or lactating women; 4.Individuals with psychiatric disorders or intellectual disabilities. 5.Uncontrolled systemic diseases, such as uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, myocardial infarction within the past 6 months, congestive heart failure, or severe coagulation disorders; 6.Severe immunocompromise, such as uncontrolled HIV/AIDS or long-term high-dose immunosuppressive therapy; 7.Bone metabolic disorders, such as osteoporosis;
