Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Gestational age 48 hours; 4.parents have signed the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Congenital gastrointestinal malformations (intestinal atresia, abnormal intestinal rotation, etc.); 2.Chromosomal abnormalities known to affect intestinal development (such as trisomy 21 accompanied by severe malformations); 3.The patient was diagnosed with Bell stage >= I NEC upon admission; 4.Abdominal surgery was performed within 24 hours of admission; 5.Severe hemodynamic instability requiring ECMO; 6.Open wounds or ostomies exist in the audio or ultrasound collection areas; 7.Parents refused or were unable to sign the informed consent.
