Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Met the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke and were confirmed by MRI examination; no thrombolytic treatment was administered; 2. Met the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke and were confirmed by MRI examination; all received thrombolytic treatment, and the time from onset to thrombolysis was less than 4.5 hours. No hemorrhagic transformation was observed in the head MRI examination of the patients; 3. Patients who experienced hemorrhagic transformation on MRI examination 24 hours after thrombolytic treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The MRI examination indicated the presence of intracranial hemorrhage; 2. Comorbid with other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Had a history of brain injury or intracranial hemorrhage in the past; 4. Was accompanied by cancer, severe infectious diseases, hematological disorders, etc.
