65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=65 years, regardless of gender; 2.Scheduled for thoracoscopic segmentectomy/lobectomy at our hospital requiring intraoperative one-lung ventilation for >=1 hour; 3.ASA physical status classification = Class ?; 4.Ethical approval obtained, patients voluntarily sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiovascular disease, including history of myocardial infarction within 6 months, heart failure; history of arrhythmia such as atrial fibrillation; history of severe valvular heart disease; history of moderate/severe pulmonary arterial hypertension; 2.Abnormal renal function, serum creatinine > upper limit of normal; 3.History of previous lung resection surgery; 4.Allergic to or with contraindications for the study medication; 5.Patients who refuse or are unable to cooperate with this study; 6.Other conditions that the investigator deems unsuitable for participation in this trial;
