Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients: pathologically confirmed breast cancer, currently in the postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy stage, age >= 18 years old, clear consciousness and capable of effective communication, and voluntarily signing the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for caregivers: being the main family caregiver of the patient, age >=18 years old, and voluntarily participating in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients: presence of severe mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction, concurrent other serious physical diseases that affect participation, and simultaneous participation in other psychological intervention studies. Exclusion criteria for caregivers: having serious physical and mental health problems, and inability to guarantee the time for intervention participation.
